Are you a creative graphic designer with a strong eye for fashion, branding and digital content?

KIROVA Fashion is a growing Australian online fashion boutique dedicated to helping women feel confident, comfortable and stylish. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help shape our visual identity and create engaging content across our website, advertising and marketing channels.

About the role

As our Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling content that reflects the KIROVA Fashion brand and connects with our Australian audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts for product launches, promotions and advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital content for our website, including banners, collection images and promotional graphics.

• Create engaging visuals for Meta advertisements, social media and email marketing campaigns.

• Edit and optimise product images while maintaining an accurate and consistent product appearance.

• Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional events.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the KIROVA Fashion brand identity and visual guidelines.

• Work closely with the marketing team to turn campaign ideas into high-performing creative content.

• Prepare designs in the correct formats and dimensions for different digital platforms.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

About you

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within fashion, retail or e-commerce.

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other relevant design tools.

• A refined sense of style, composition, typography and colour.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency.

• Experience creating digital advertising content, particularly for Meta platforms, is highly regarded.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work.

KIROVA Fashion is a growing Australian online fashion boutique offering feminine, comfortable and timeless styles for women. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Online Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our team.

About the role

As an Online Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you will support our customers throughout their shopping journey. From answering product and sizing questions to assisting with orders and deliveries, you will help ensure every customer receives professional, personalised and thoughtful service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by email and through our online communication channels.

• Provide helpful advice about sizing, fit, colours, products and styling.

• Assist customers with order updates, delivery questions, exchanges and other after-sales enquiries.

• Help customers select suitable products based on their preferences and needs.

• Handle customer concerns calmly, professionally and in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer enquiries and resolutions.

• Work with our fulfilment and management teams to resolve order-related issues.

• Identify recurring customer questions and suggest improvements to our website or customer experience.

• Represent KIROVA Fashion in a warm, professional and consistent manner.

About you

• Previous experience in customer service, online retail or fashion is preferred.

• Strong written English and clear communication skills.

• A friendly, patient and solution-focused approach.

• A genuine interest in women’s fashion, styling and customer care.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer enquiries.

• Confidence using email, Shopify or other online customer service systems is highly regarded.

• Availability to work flexible hours when required.
